Counselling is a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space to talk with a therapist about your feelings, emotions and behaviours. Our counsellors help you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings, gain a better understanding of your emotions, processes and behaviours, and find your own solutions to your problems.
Our service focuses on inclusivity, compassion, and respect, ensuring that everyone who seeks help feels valued and understood.
We believe everyone should have access to high-quality counselling, regardless of their background or financial situation. We are continuously developing our service to ensure we meet the diverse needs of our communities.
We offer 1 to 1 weekly remote counselling sessions, that last 50 minutes, for adults 18+ who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges and other difficulties, including those affected by domestic violence (both victims and perpetrators). We offer both short-term and long-term counselling, with the number of sessions agreed together with your counsellor.
Our therapists offer a range of modalities including person centred, integrative and psychodynamic counselling. Some of our counsellors are currently in training, and others are qualified. All therapists are supervised by qualified counsellors.
