Our workshops are designed to empower individuals facing challenging circumstances by providing them with the tools, skills, support, and community they need to create positive change. These workshops are for those from all backgrounds, especially those who might not have access to these resources otherwise.
Our workshops are for all adults, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds or oppressed groups. We offer a variety of workshops tailored to meet the unique needs of different groups. These include, but are not limited to, individuals experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and abuse, refugees and asylum seekers, ex-offenders and groups facing a range of stigmas.
Our goal is to provide support and empowerment to those who need it most, helping them build resilience, develop practical skills, and create positive change. Everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and our workshops are designed to provide the space to do so.

By providing these essential workshops, we aim to upskill individuals, providing valuable knowledge and information on a range of topics such as financial literacy and life skills. We also aim to improve mental health and wellbeing, promote growth and self-esteem, and build safe communities.
Our workshops support individuals to manage their difficulties through providing the necessary tools and skills needed. Our tailored support creates opportunities and pathways to success.
Our workshops also actively challenge oppression and create an inclusive space, where individuals from all backgrounds feels welcome.
By providing this safe and supportive space, individuals mental health, well-being and knowledge can improve, and we can build a sense of community and belonging, whilst inspiring continued development.
These workshops focusing on raising awareness and providing support with a range of mental health issues and common life problems such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss and low self-esteem.
They cover coping skills, management techniques, stigmas surrounding mental health issues, and aim to combat these. We also provide specific workshops such as men's mental health awareness.
They provide a safe space to recognise and address mental health challenges, and create a sense of community.
This workshop provides essential knowledge and tools to manage finances effectively. It covers topics such as budgeting, saving and pensions, investing, and understanding credit and also provides practical strategies to make informed financial decisions.
These workshops equip individuals with skills and knowledge to support them obtain or retain employment. They cover topics such as Job applications, job searching, interview techniques, networking and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
They aim to support individuals to find the career path for them, enhance their employability, and/or advance in their careers.
This workshop focuses on personal growth, building self esteem, exploring identity and positive self-talk. It covers strategies for personal development, identifying and exploring strengths, challenging stereotypes and the influence of a range of factors on self-image and self-esteem.
This workshop aims to empower individuals to improve their self-confidence and esteem and explore and embrace their identity.
These workshops focus on interpersonal skills and building healthy, meaningful connections. It covers effective communication, relationship dynamics, conflict resolution techniques, and ways to establish and maintain boundaries. The workshop supports individuals to understand the importance of trust, empathy, and mutual respect in relationships, aiming to create a foundation for healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
We provide tailored workshops that work with specific difficulties, communities or groups of people, to combat a lack of opportunities, lack of support and/or stigma.
These include, but are not limited to, individuals experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and abuse, refugees and asylum seekers, ex-offenders and groups facing a range of stigmas.
We look to partner with other organisations to develop or deliver these workshops to ensure a broader reach and greater impact within our communities.
