Counselling is a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space to talk with a therapist about your feelings, emotions and behaviours. Our counsellors help you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings, gain a better understanding of your emotions, processes and behaviours, and find your own solutions to your problems.
Our service focuses on inclusivity, compassion, and respect, ensuring that everyone who seeks help feels valued and understood.
We offer confidential 1 to 1 weekly remote counselling sessions, that last 50 minutes, for those experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges and other common life problems. We offer up to 6 initial sessions of counselling, with the possibility to extend to 10 sessions in some cases. This would be discussed together with your counsellor.
Our therapists offer a range of modalities including person centred, integrative and psychodynamic counselling. Some of our counsellors are currently in training, and others are qualified. All therapists are supervised by qualified counsellors.
Our counselling service is available to adults who may be facing a wide range of challenges.
